kritika bazgainPhysiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment, and participation in their treatment.

You can benefit from physiotherapy at any time in your life. Physiotherapy helps with back pain or sudden injury, managing long-term medical condition such as asthma, and in preparing for childbirth or a sporting event.

We offer appointments face-to-face, by phone or video, or a mix of both. Get back to feeling like yourself again.

Osteopathy is a gentle, effective hands-on approach to healthcare and is best known for relieving pain and discomfort. Osteopaths are highly competent primary healthcare professionals, recognised by the NHS as fully qualified to diagnose and treat independently. Whatever your age and no matter what challenges you may have with your health, there is probably something an osteopath can do to help.

The term cranial osteopathy suggests two things. One, that it is somehow different to regular osteopathy and two that it is all about the head. Indeed, it is a specialist branch of the profession and requires extra training but we don't tend to view it as a separate type of treatment. It's simply another wonderful approach and tool used by some osteopaths who have developed an interest in the field. And although it can include a lot of head work it's actually a whole body approach. It is typically associated with babies, perhaps because of it's incredibly gentle application but many adults not only benefit from but fall in love with cranial osteopathy.

Naturopaths have been described as “Having the mind of a doctor, and the heart of a healer”. We all know there’s more to healing and wellness than a prescription or a five-minute GP consultation. Every illness has an underlying cause, often an aspect of the lifestyle, diet, or habits of the individual. A naturopath is trained to find and remove the underlying cause of a disease with nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, hydrotherapy and more.

It is hard to find a more friendly, professional and dedicated to wellness team than this. Helen and Dave have restored my youth...or at least my ability to move and enjoy playing with my son. I cannot thank you enough!

As a musician I live with the a lot of aches and pains. I've tried many many things over the years to feel better. David McCabe has changed my life and given me relief and freedom in my body that I'd given up hope of ever feeling. David and Helen are the nicest people you could meet but are also thoroughly professional and brilliant at what they do. I have recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues. Can't thank them enough. Back2Life Clinic is the best. Thank you David and Helen.

My life was on hold due to chronic back pain and I lost 4 years of my life waiting for the NHS to help/cure me. After a recommendation I visited the Back2Life clinic. After just 3 months I was able to work again and since then I finally got married and had a baby. The name says it all.... They really did help me Back2Life!

Very professional and welcoming. Took my 12 week baby as he was having problems 'winding'. After 2 sessions with Helen he is so much better - so much happier and I don't dread feeding times and endless hours of trying to wind. Highly recommend trying if you have a wee one with colicky symptoms.
