What is Indian Head Massage? Indian Head Massage is a relaxing and de-stressing massage of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper arms. Oil to the scalp is optional. There are two variants; Traditional Ayurvedic* and Western Style. The treatment incorporates shiatsu and acupressure techniques on the head, scalp, face, neck, upper back, shoulders, arms, ears and hands, helping to relax tense areas and rebalance the body energy by releasing any areas of negativity or stress.
